Warranty and Returns
We offer product exchange and returns within 7 calendar days from the date of Delivery. We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. When you request an exchange or pickup, we try to offer a pick-up service, but it is not guaranteed as it takes longer than the usual. In such cases, we request the customer to ship the return themselves. Products marked during sale season cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.
We usually charge 10% as restocking fees for returns on the total value for the refund to be initiated that includes shipping and reversal of the product. Only store credit on full price valid for 6 months
A return order is ineligible for exchange or return (store credit) if it is done beyond the 14-calendar day period, or if it is used or returned without original packaging. If we receive an in-bound shipment for an ineligible return, goods will be recycled or discarded without notice. No exchanges or refunds will be applicable and an additional service fee may be charged. If you send an unauthorized in- bound shipment, we will be unable to serve you in the future.
If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product you bought from our store, please send us an email at shop@wildcherry.in from the email you placed the order with. As a small business, we cannot sustain and accept standard and defective product requests beyond 14 calendar days.
